Need a hand? Email dengguoqiangshimm@163.com and we will get back to you. Most questions are answered below.

1. Setting up the keyboard

  1. Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard… and choose SmartReply.
  2. Tap SmartReply in that list and turn on Allow Full Access. AI replies need it, because iOS blocks network access from keyboards without it.
  3. In any app, tap the globe key until SmartReply appears — or press and hold the globe key to pick it from the list.

2. Frequently asked questions

The keyboard doesn't show up.
Check that it is listed under Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards. If it is, tap the globe key to cycle through your keyboards, or press and hold it to choose from the list. Force-quitting and reopening the app you are typing in helps too.

AI replies don't work.
Make sure Allow Full Access is on — without it iOS blocks the keyboard's network requests. Then check your internet connection. Free daily limits reset at midnight in your local time zone; open the ⚙️ panel on the keyboard to see today's usage.

I subscribed but VIP doesn't unlock.
Open the app, go to Me, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and select SmartReply, or tap Manage subscription in the app's Me tab. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does the keyboard record what I type?
No. Your text stays on your device unless you explicitly ask for an AI suggestion. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?
Everything SmartReply stores lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it.
